Wonderful
Food. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so many options, sweet and savoury. Room. It was very big and bright and the bathroom very spacious and clean.
Bed (mattress), jacuzzi didn't heat up higher than 30 degrees so we couldn't use it because it was too cold :( The wine / cocktails were not good quality

A comfortable stay and friendly staff, highly recommend
The most we like are the size of the room and the comfort level. We got free upgrade although it was quite full at the first few days because our holiday started on new year eve. We booked a double room with mountain view our room had no mountain view but construction site view. We slept one night and thought nobody worked but indeed they start working early in the morning. We complained and got other rooms and they are all bad. At the end we got an upgrade to the room in front of swimming pool. We loved it, thank you. We also like the „red flag system“ (means do not disturb) at the beach, at the beginning I didn’t understand it, thought red flag we should not swim. In fact, when you are lying on the beach and don’t want to be disturbed by any staff for excursions, you just hang the red flag and you should have your relaxing time. But some annoying staff (not from the hotel) will still bother you but once you complain it, they will get kicked off by the hotel manager.
Very complicated room assignment system, the room number isn’t in sequence. They don’t have any sign to show you which room number is in which direction. So at the beginning I need to find my room for long time and quite difficult. It was really annoying. Maybe it is Egyptian culture, but the staff are always on the phone, reading or watching. The bathroom had bad smell Wifi sucks The toilet paper is too thin

Overall a lovely 5* hotel which could be modernised in parts of its offering
Beautiful atrium, food hall, lovely huge jacuzzi suite, decent buffet food overall with lots of selection for meat eaters and themed evenings to add variety, efficient service with quick check in, amazing new spa facilities and hammam (truly 5*), well equipped gym, quiet bay to swim. Overall a lovely stay and would recommended - though some areas for improvement below. Sahl Hasheesh was quiet, if little there
Not exactly trendy e.g the older building exterior & outside area is not so beautiful as the newer facilities, few pescetarian food options, we were unable to book a la carte restaurants during our 4 day off season stay (though most were empty or closed) so we ate every meal in main buffet, Mexican night at the buffet was really bad. We tried to arrange a transfer to Luxor & they offered us a price of €200 (we arranged separately for £50). No classes (e.g yoga/pilates), naf music playing everywhere, too soft mattress, little information on stay provided
